- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very dishonest office. This office was a preferred provider for my insurance for routine dental work. I called and spoke with Heather and asked her to make sure that I only receive the covered procedures under my plan. To make a long story short I have to pay out of pocket because they performed procedures that they knew were not covered. I spoke with Heather and Ross about the bill and both were not sensitive or sorry about their mistake and said that no matter I am responsible for the bill. To further this Dr. Orozco will rip you off. He claimed that more was wrong than actually was the case. I am not stupid, so I went and got a second opinion who stated I have 1/4 of what he said I have... GO SEE DR. MARY THOMAS IN SANTEE INSTEAD...she is totally worth the drive!!!!!April 18, 2017by A Google User
